BOOKING POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

A set deposit based on the service is required to book ALL appointments.

No Deposit = No Appointment.

DEPOSITS

All appointment deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to future appointments if you cancel, reschedule, or miss your scheduled time.

LATE POLICY

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you’ll need to reschedule. A new deposit will be required with new booking.

CANCELLATION

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before their appointment. However, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Each subscription is valid for 30 days from your first haircut and includes a set number of cuts to use within that time. Missed or unused appointments do not roll over, hold cash value, or qualify for refunds. To continue after your plan ends, you’ll need to renew your subscription or pay the standard rate. We recommend booking early to secure your spot within your subscription period.

PREPARATIONS FOR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive with your hair washed and fully dried before your appointment unless you’ve booked a shampoo add-on.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service without delays or adjustments.

Please arrive with a positive attitude. Good vibes make for great cuts!

Please arrive with clean, oil-free hair to ensure the best results for your service.

Please dress appropriately for your service, especially if booking hair coloring. Wear something comfortable and avoid clothing you wouldn’t want to risk staining.
